Class: Technology_Capability

Documentation: Technology Capabilities are conceptual constructs that describe WHAT a piece of technology does or needs to do.\nThe contained technologies slot is used as part of a DEFINITION of a Capability to describe Capabilities that are considered to be part of (contained in - as opposed to used to deliver) a larger Capability. To DESIGN how a new Capability could delivered by using existing Capabilities, a Technology Capability Architecture is used to describe the new Capability.
